Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, delivery and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur A1 Radiators cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of stock and availability. Occasionally our supplier will not be able meet demand and products will not be available. If that should occur, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to wait until new stock arrives.
We strongly recommend customers do not arrange plumbers / trades people to install radiators until delivery has been made. A1 Radiators will accept no responsibility for tradesman fees incurred due to late delivery.
Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either to your home or place of work.
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
All delivery dates/times provided by our suppliers are estimates and subject to change. A1 Radiators will not be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of delayed deliveries, this includes but is not limited to: tradesman costs, loss of earnings through time off work, damage caused by radiators, etc.

Product Descriptions
A1 Radiators and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete reliable, or error free.
From time to time there may be information on A1 Radiators that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
Title to the goods supplied shall remain with A1 Radiators Ltd until such time as the purchaser makes payment in full for the goods supplied. Until title to the goods passes to the purchaser, A1 Radiators Ltd shall be entitled to demand the return of the goods and if the purchaser fails to do so, to enter the purchaser's premises or those of any third party where the goods are stored and repossess the goods.
Guarantee (Stainless Steel radiators)
All electrical parts, heating elements, transformers and LED lights have a 12-month warranty & shall be free from material defects resulting from faulty manufacture or workmanship.
A1 Radiators will not be liable for third party costs incurred during warranty exchanges including plumbers and electrician costs.
Guarantee (Multi Column radiators)
Column radiators come with a 10-year warranty.
A1 Radiators will not be liable for third party costs incurred during warranty exchanges including plumbers and electrician costs.
Cancellations & Returns
Cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order will incur a restock charge of 15% of the value of the item.
Items returns after 48 hours of delivery will incur a restock charge of 15% plus the cost of transport.
