Feet are not a requirement for column radiators; they come supplied with wall brackets. You can choose the feet option for aesthetic reasons or if the radiator is heavy and you're uncertain of getting a secure fixing to the wall. The feet will transfer the radiator weight from the wall bracket to the floor.
